About Me

I am Britney. I grew up in the south and transplanted myself into the smallest state, Rhode Island back in 2012. I have been extremely blessed to have been teaching in the same district now since 2013 after subbing for one year. I have taught everything from 1st grade to 3rd grade. Currently this is my 2nd year in first grade, but was lucky enough a long time ago to have student taught in first. 

I am married with two beautiful children. I was silly enough to have had them 15 months apart, but I would not change it for the world. Our life is a little hectic at times, but we make do. 

I am just a teacher, a mom, and a wife surviving one day at a time. I try to look for the good in all and push myself daily to do better. ( Even if I stumble sometimes).
